DINNER BUFFET

THE CLASSIC WEDDING BUFFET

Nashua Country Club’s classic wedding buffet includes, but is not limited to, five circulated hors d’oeuvres, three stationary displays, one wine or champagne toast, one salad selection, one soup selection, three entrée selections for all guests, a wedding cake from one of four specified bakeries, cake service with a chocolate dipped strawberry embellishment, and coffee and tea service. Pricing for the classic wedding buffet is per person.

Cheese Display | A selection of international and domestic cheeses served with assorted crackers
Vegetable Crudités | A variety of fresh vegetables served with house-made ranch dip
Fruit Display | Assorted sliced fruit with a house-made yogurt dip

Select three of the following entrées to be included on your buffet display. Your entrees will be served with your choice of one vegetable and one starch. Choose one soup and one salad from page three to be served.
